BARRET JONES

At the heart of Pinchy’s is Barret Jones, the executive chef, who has an international reptoire of work.

Originally born in New Zealand where he began his culinary career, working in some of the nation’s most sought-after restaurants, after which he then relocated to the United Kingdom where he remained for 5 years transforming and developing the well-esteemed English country hotel and spa; “Beaverbrook”.

In between travels, Barret has worked exclusive roles as a private chef to prominent families across UK, Europe and Asia in addition to catering high profile events including the wedding of the Ambani family and Paul McCartney’s 78th Birthday .

Barret’s childhood by the beach, steeped in the wonders of seafood, fuels his excitement to return to his roots.

At Pinchy’s, he’s thrilled to channel his expertise into crafting innovative dishes, menus, and more, working with native Australian ingredients to enhance the offering.
